Planning a trip is often very complicated. We have a proven process to help you plan and enjoy your vacation stress free.

Step 1 – We Listen, Listen, Listen.

To provide you with the travel that is for your needs, our services begin with a consultation. The better we understand you and your interest the better we can plan your trip. No two travelers have the same needs. We book trips that are right for you. We are not looking to book one trip, we want to build a partnership.

Step 2 – Partnership

We want your input. Its your trip and we want to plan it around your interest, comfort level and budget. Many clients begin planning with us over a year in advance of a trip. We don’t try and fit you into a preplanned itinerary. Many of the trips we plan are one of a kind and unique to the client.

Step 3 – Research and design itinerary

Whether it’s an all-inclusive, river cruise or unique itinerary designed just for you, we book the trip that is best for you. We present an itinerary and work with you to modify until it is right for you.

Step 4 – Book

Once you’ve approved the itinerary we book the entire trip for you. From airline, cruises, tours and transfers we make sure the entire trip set. We also build your trip in Travefy – (Travefy allows you access to your entire itinerary via a mobile app and dedicated website).

Step 5 – Travel time

Enjoy your expertly planned vacation. Our services don’t end at booking. We are your travel advocate. You call us if there is a problem. Not a 1-800 number into a call center.

Step 6 – Follow up

We will follow up to find out about your trip. We want to know all about your trip and what you liked and want you would have done differently. We will document our conversation to make sure the next trip is even better.
